Returns Policy

  • Products/items can be returned or exchanged if they are incorrect, incomplete, defective, or damaged within 10 days of delivery.

  • Safe Drive Mart reserves the right to reject return requests if the product is misused, missing tags/components, or does not meet the return conditions below.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • Products must be in the same condition as delivered, unworn, unwashed, and without flaws.

  • Products must include original tags and packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

Procedure for Returns or Exchange

Shipment Method for Return or Exchange

  • Once your return request is received, our team will guide you on how to return the item.

  • Depending on your area, you may either:

    • Drop off the item at the nearest collection point, or

    • Use our pick-up service (available in selected areas).

  • It may take 3–5 working days for your return shipment to reach us.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 24 hours.

Exchanges

  • Exchange shipments will follow the standard delivery time (3–5 business days).

  • You are eligible for an exchange of equal value as your original order.

Product Responsibility

  • For products like skin care items, it is your responsibility to ensure compatibility before use.

  • Always perform a patch test on a small area of skin.

  • Safe Drive Mart is not responsible for adverse reactions.

  • If a product causes an issue, you may request a refund of the product price (excluding delivery charges).
